Daniel Staroń, Polish finalist for the World Chocolate Masters 2013, started his career as a confectioner almost 10 years ago. He has been working for Poland’s well known pastries where he acquired a lot of precious experience. Staroń has also been taking part in a lot of trainings all over the world. What’s more, Staroń’s skills have been appreciated by professionals many times as he is multiple winner of Polish Pastry Championships and has been previously participating in World Chocolate Masters finals. This year, Staroń will once again stand against some of the world’s most rewarded confectioners in the world during WCM finals in Paris. Staroń assures that his creation will be spectacular not only because of its surprising and unexpected flavor but also due to its delicate, avant-garde design.
