The 2015 World Chocolate Masters finalists are currently working on their recipes for the world final at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris. The competition rules state that they'll have to create a chocolate showpiece, a Sweet Snack on the Go, a moulded praline, a Patisserie of the Day, 'My Or Noir Story' and an artistic creation titled: ‘Where Nature Goes'.
