Starting October 2014, the national qualifying rounds for the 2015 World Chocolate Masters took place all over the world. Chocolatiers and pastry chefs competed against each other to win the prestigious title of National Chocolate Master before representing their own country at the world final, which takes place at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris. NATIONAL QUALIFYING ROUNDS IN 20 COUNTRIES
In each participating country a jury local celebrity chocolate masters and prominent chefs was respnsible for judging the contestants’ work. The jury judged each competition assignment for its creativity, technical level and innovation. But of course, the taste of the recipe also remained one of the the most important criteria.
