Audrey Yee

An ethnic Chinese, Chef Audrey Yee was born in Wisconsin, USA, to restaurateur parents who were originally from Hong Kong. With her Asian background and Western upbringing, Chef Yee was exposed to the best of both cooking and baking at a young age.

However, Chef Yee decided very early that baking was her calling and after graduating from the University of Wisconsin, she pursued a degree in Culinary and Pastry at Le Cordon Bleu School in London.

Chef Yee started her career at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia. After six years, she transferred to Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara, then to Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco, subsequently to Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, and lastly to Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou where she still works today.
