Fidel Baeza

Chef Fidel Baeza is a Mexican pastry chef with multiple national and regional championship titles to his name. He learned his professional skills at some of the world’s most renowned hotels and restaurants, such as Le Cirque Mexico, Trump Ocean Club in Panama City and Park Hyatt in Buenos Aires.

Chef Baeza is currently in charge of the pastry department in one of Mexico’s finest resorts: the Rosewood Mayakoba in Riviera Maya.
