Chef Flavio Federico graduated in Pastry at the Grand Rapids Community College in the USA, and further specialised his skills at the École Professionnelle Lenôtre in France. He also obtained a baker’s degree at Senai in Brazil. Moreover, Chef Federico also held the position of executive pastry chef at the Hilton Hotel in São Paulo and at the Fasano group.
Multiple winner of the awards for Best Pastry Chef and Best Macaroon in São Paulo, Chef Federico had his own brand and shop for 12 years. He is currently working as pastry chef and instructor at Chef Laurent Suaudeau’s culinary art school, and acts as pastry consultant for several restaurants and pastry boutiques.
