Jarosław Nowakowski

Chef Jarosław Nowakowski is a chocolatier and confectioner with many years of experience, which he mainly gained working at Michelin-starred restaurants. He worked both in England and France, and trained at the best culinary schools in Europe alongside fellow culinary masterminds as Christophe Michalak, Norihiko Terai and Oriol Balaguer, who, by the way, became his main source of inspiration.

When asked about the breakthrough point in his career, Chef Nowakowski said it was the experience he gathered at hotel Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons situated in Oxford, England. He currently holds the position of Head Pastry Chef at the Michelin-starred Ocean Restaurant at The Atlantic Hotel on the island of Jersey.
