Jeroen Goossens

Chef Jeroen Goossens is the master of international pastry and quite famous, both in the Netherlands and overseas. He is best known as the Court Pastry Chef for the Dutch Royal Family and is the man behind the Dutch King and Queen’s wedding cake.

Chef Goossens also created exceptional desserts for several presidents, such as George H.W. Bush, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and Nelson Mandela. He has participated in numerous competitions and won several awards, including multiple podium places at the prestigious Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in Lyon.

Since 2010, Chef Goossens has been focussing on training and coaching pastry chefs at his own place of business called Jeroen Goossens Dutch Pastry. He gives personal advice to top hotels, award-winning restaurants and renowned pastry businesses.
