Kim Rasmussen

Chef Kim Rasmussen is originally from Holsted, a small town in Denmark, and is both a baker and a pastry chef. In Denmark, he was crowned Pastry Chef of the Year twice and won a gold medal in the National Chocolate Championship.

In 2004 Chef Rasmussen had the honour of being one of the chefs that made the wedding cake for Crown Prince Frederik IX of Denmark and his wife Mary. He has also been the owner of pastry shop Xocolatl since 2012 and received an honorary diploma from the Danish Gastronomic Academy.
