Maria Shramko

Chef Maria Shramko is a famous pastry chef with an extensive knowledge of cake decorating techniques and a lot of experience teaching tart classes. She also founded and leads the International Culinary Arts Centre.

In her spare time, Chef Shramko serves as a judge at international competitions and championships, and recognised in this profession by WACS (the World Association of Chefs’ Societies, including honorary members of culinary associations in Russia, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia and Romania) as an international judge – B Category.
