Chef Michaela Karg is a successful confectionery chef, cook and business economist. In 2007, she took over the family business named Café am Kreuzgang, which is located in Feuchtwangen, Germany.
Chef Karg won the German qualifiers for the 2008 World Chocolate Masters and gained third place at the final in Paris. She is the first and (so far) only German finalist to win a spot on the World Chocolate Masters podium. In addition, she won one of the finest category prizes: Best Decorated Hat, which she decorated with filigree butterflies.
