Born in Tarsus/Turkey on 27th of January in 1978. Yigit graduated from University of Bilkent tourism and hotel managment department in Ankara in 1999. After he had been to Le Cordon Bleu Gastronomy school in London in 2000. he got the patisserie diplomma. He went back to Turkey to continue the family bussiness: pastry shop. For 14 years he has been working with his family as a pastry chef in Pastabahcesi in Adana/Turkey. Between those years he got the first prize in a pastry competition in 2009. Yigit is married and has two lovely kids.
