Tomorrow at 10 a.m. (CET) the Salon du Chocolat in Paris constitutes the battlefield for the 3-day final of the 2015 World Chocolate Masters. 20 of the world’s greatest chocolatiers and pastry chefs will enter the arena as contemporary gladiators. Armed with whisk, spatula and tons of inspiration they will fight for glory and recognition as the world’s most talented chocolate craftsman.

In order to arise the victor and claim the laurel wreath contestants have to astonish our renowned jury by displaying excellence in all aspects of the contest. Who will create the most beautiful showpiece, serve the best moulded praline, design the tastiest Patisserie of the Day, make a lasting impression with his or her 'My Or Noir Story' and prove to be a genuine chocolate artist with his or her ‘Where Nature Goes’ creation?
