NATURE IN EVOLUTION

In my piece, from the bottom up, I have represented the galaxy and its stars, followed by planets and more stars, in a vortex which becomes a sand timer, tracking the passing of time and changing events. Planet Earth is up at the top and features as a nest for a chick. Lastly, a swan, symbol of love and wisdom, which protects its offspring with its plumage, a natural impulse and yet at the same time a push towards the future, with the swan's wings spread, ready for flight.
