Purity

The piece represents purity, naturalness and innate freshness with which this peculiar character unfolds, the geisha. From Asian culture, the geisha is a representation of nature, pure colours, flowers, curved forms, the sense of movement... All accompanied by key elements that have inspired me to conceive this concept. A flowering tree, a fragile bridge crossing a river with carps, a Torii marking the border between the profane and the sacred space... The piece is a celebration of nature, whose common thread is a culture, a way of life, total and direct connection to the natural world.
